The competent team at our restaurant creates gastronomic experiences with roots to the history of Danish badhotels. Here the focus is set on determination into the exquisite gourmet map. The restaurant is placed near the North sea, whereas Denmark's best fish is trolled op, therefore fish plays an enormous part in our seasonal menu card. Moreover, the meat is mostly locally farmed, amongst the organic vegetables.
The beautiful white hand-made panels, the big open fireplace and the oak planks creates a stylish environment, but yet with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
During the summers, the garden is perfect for lunch and dinner. The garden is a fountain of trees, plants and flowers, whereas there is also a creek with running water.
Tradition and restoration come together, in relation to food and interior here at the Strandhotellet, hence, delivering of complete experience in a unique and informal setting.
